Johanna Elizabeth Botha, daughter of Jacobus Lodewyk Botha and Johanna Elizabeth la Grange, was born in Bushmans River, Dist. Albany, Eastern Cape and died on October 27, 1867 in Legplaats, Dist. Middelburg, Eastern Cape. She married Johannes Samuel Odendaal (sister-in-law’s second cousin’s son’s wife’s great ×5 grandfather’s grandson), son of Johannes Odendaal and Magdalena Radijn, on September 25, 1803 in Cape Town, Western Cape. He was baptized on September 26, 1779.

Judith Magdalena Odendaal, daughter of Johannes Samuel Odendaal and Johanna Elizabeth Botha, was born about December 1811 in Swellendam, Western Cape and died on October 30, 1901 in Elandsfontein, Dist. Albert, Eastern Cape. She married Willem Isaak Grobler (great-uncle’s great-grandson), son of Nicolaas Johannes Grobler and Johanna Hendrina Steyn, on August 12, 1838 in Cradock, Eastern Cape. He was born on August 13, 1822 in Cradock, Eastern Cape and died on January 13, 1886 in Vaalplaat, Dist. Albert, Eastern Cape at the age of 63.

Nicolaas Johannes Grobler, son of Willem Isaak Grobler and Judith Magdalena Odendaal, was born on June 1, 1839 and died on August 26, 1913 in Cradock, Eastern Cape at the age of 74. He married Maria Magdalena Marais, daughter of Johannes Izaak Frederik Marais and Maria Magdalena du Plessis, on October 31, 1859 in Cradock, Eastern Cape. She was born on June 22, 1840 in Cradock, Eastern Cape and died on April 4, 1912 in Cradock, Eastern Cape at the age of 71.

Johanna Hendrina Elizabeth Grobbelaar, farmer (sheep) (in 1899), daughter of Willem Isaak Grobler and Judith Magdalena Odendaal, was born on October 27, 1840 in Middelburg, Eastern Cape and died on March 6, 1899 in Brakfontein, Dist. Cradock, Eastern Cape at the age of 58. She married Hendrik Paul Welgemoed (mother’s great-aunt’s son’s wife’s step-daughter’s brother-in-law), son of David Johannes Welgemoed and Maria Elizabeth Krugel, on September 7, 1862 in Cradock, Eastern Cape. He was born on August 4, 1840 and died about 1899 in Cradock, Eastern Cape.

Willem Isaak Grobler, son of Willem Isaak Grobler and Judith Magdalena Odendaal, was born on March 27, 1844 in Cradock, Eastern Cape and died in January 1903 at the age of 58. He married Anna Elizabeth Christina du Plessis (sister-in-law), daughter of Daniël Jacobus du Plessis and Anna Christina van den Heever, on February 14, 1870 in Colesberg, Northern Cape. She was born in July 1853 in Boesmanspoort, Colesberg, Northern Cape and died on November 17, 1914 in Venterstad, Eastern Cape at the age of 61.

Johannes Samuel Grobler, son of Willem Isaak Grobler and Judith Magdalena Odendaal, was born on November 24, 1845 and died on February 18, 1903 in Venterstad, Eastern Cape at the age of 57. He married Cornelia Susanna Moolman on March 30, 1874 in Burgersdorp, Eastern Cape. She was born in 1850 in Swellendam, Western Cape and died on November 8, 1924 in Venterstad, Eastern Cape at the age of 74.

Judith Magdalena Maria Grobler, daughter of Willem Isaak Grobler and Judith Magdalena Odendaal, was born on July 23, 1849. She married Petrus Johannes du Plessis (brother-in-law), son of Daniël Jacobus du Plessis and Anna Christina van den Heever,. He was born calculated August 1851 and died on July 28, 1899.

Louisa Petronella Cecelia Grobler, daughter of Willem Isaak Grobler and Judith Magdalena Odendaal, was born on October 8, 1852. She married Johannes Lodewikus van Heerden (mother’s great-aunt’s husband’s great-great-nephew), son of Johannes Lodewikus van Heerden and Anna Catharina Cornelia Jordaan, in Cradock, Eastern Cape. He was born on May 10, 1846 in Cradock, Eastern Cape and died on May 15, 1909 in Middelburg, Mpumalanga at the age of 63.
