She married Friedrich Stephanus Watermeyer, son of Gottfried Andreas Watermeyer and Margaretha Joubert, on August 12, 1821 in Cape Town / Stellenbosch, Western Cape. He was born on February 25, 1797 in Cape Town, Western Cape and died on May 31, 1847 in Cape Town, Western Cape at the age of 50.
