Huibrecht Slabbert, daughter of Jasper Slabbert and Johanna Myburgh, was born in 1714 and died in 1747 at the age of 33. She married Gerrit Cloete (great-aunt’s brother-in-law’s son), son of Jacob Cloete and Francina Viljoen, on September 2, 1731. He was baptized on March 2, 1710.

Francina Cloete, daughter of Gerrit Cloete and Huibrecht Slabbert, was baptized on September 7, 1732. She married Hendrik Kruger (sister-in-law’s uncle), son of Jacob Kruger and Jannetje Kemp, on May 5, 1748 in Cape Town, Western Cape. He was baptized on April 8, 1725.

Johanna Cloete, daughter of Gerrit Cloete and Huibrecht Slabbert, was baptized on December 25, 1733. She married Johannes Jacobus Coetzee (brother-in-law’s wife’s first cousin), son of Johannes Coetzee and Anna Elizabeth Pal,. He was born on November 16, 1727.

Jacob Cloete, son of Gerrit Cloete and Huibrecht Slabbert, was baptized on October 5, 1738. He married 2 times. The first time he married Johanna Catharina Kruger (brother-in-law’s niece), daughter of Jacob Kruger and Christina Strang, on April 15, 1759. She was born in 1742 and died on November 26, 1824 in Worcester, Western Cape at the age of 82. Margaretha Johanna Coetzee, daughter of Johannes Jacobus Coetzee and Johanna Cloete, was baptized on February 22, 1761. She married 2 times. The first time she married Jacobus Cornelis Pretorius (third cousin’s brother-in-law), son of Johannes Pretorius and Johanna “Jannetjie” Bezuidenhout, on May 25, 1778. Anna Sophia Cloete, daughter of Jacob Cloete and Johanna Catharina Kruger, was baptized on October 12, 1776. She married Gerrit Stephanus Maritz on October 30, 1796.

Jan Johannes Jasper Cloete, son of Jacob Cloete and Gerbrechtje Adriana Lier, was born on January 13, 1809 in Victoria West, Northern Cape and died on March 10, 1873 in Karbee, Victoria West, Northern Cape at the age of 64. He married Engela Maria Cornelia Roets, daughter of Johannes Jurgens Roets and Catharina Elizabeth Mulder, on February 3, 1833 in Graaff-Reinet, Eastern Cape. She was born on December 11, 1816 in Dist. Victoria West, Northern Cape and died on March 11, 1873 in Karbee, Victoria West, Northern Cape at the age of 56.
