He was baptized on March 19, 1790 and died on February 6, 1856 in Kapokfontein, Smithfield, Free State at the age of 65.

Colesberg, Northern Cape at the age of 67. She married Gabriel Jacobus Theron, son of Jan Theron and Geertruy Magdalena du Plessis, on April 4, 1831 in Graaff-Reinet, Eastern Cape. He was born calculated August 18, 1797 in Tulbagh, Western Cape and died on April 20, 1851 in Colesberg, Northern Cape.
