She married Willem Jacobus Cloete, son of Cornelius Willem Petrus “Lang Kerneels” Cloete and Johanna Sophia Burgers, on April 25, 1907 in Winburg, Free State. He was born on June 5, 1872 in Graaff-Reinet, Eastern Cape and died on November 1, 1937 in Barkly East, Eastern Cape at the age of 65.
