The first time she married Stephanus Marais (sister-in-law’s aunt’s great-nephew), son of Jacob Marais and Maria Elisabeth Boeyens, on September 8, 1771. He was baptized on July 21, 1748 and died before 1773. The second time she married Hercules Viljoen (half-brother’s son-in-law’s wife’s uncle’s brother), son of Johannes Viljoen and Aletta Olivier, on May 14, 1775. He was baptized on October 5, 1755 and died about 1788. The third time she married Carel Jacobus Buitendag. The fourth time she married Frederik Hendrik August Enslin.

    1. Geertruy Catharina Viljoen, daughter of Hercules Viljoen and Elisabeth Maria Rasp, was born about 1774. She married 2 times. The first time she married David Abraham Theron (third cousin once removed ascending), son of Jacobus Petrus Theron and Regina Catharina Vogel, on May 6, 1810 in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. He was baptized on July 30, 1780 and died on November 28, 1825 at the age of 45. The second time she married Francois Hermanus Retief (aunt’s son’s wife’s first cousin), son of Petrus Retief and Maria Elizabeth Redelinghuys, on June 15, 1829. He was born on February 28, 1786 in Groenberg, , Western Cape and died on July 5, 1860 in Paarl, Western Cape at the age of 74.
