Catharina Olivier, daughter of Gerrit Olivier and Maria Magdalena van der Westhuizen, was baptized on March 25, 1731. She married Jacobus Myburgh (brother-in-law), son of Albert Lambertz Myburgh and Elsje van der Merwe, on February 20, 1747. He was baptized on December 19, 1723 in Stellenbosch, Western Cape.

Gerrit Myburgh, son of Jacobus Myburgh and Catharina Olivier, was baptized on July 4, 1756. He married Anna Cecilia Olivier (second cousin’s sister-in-law), daughter of Philippus Arnoldus Olivier and Anna Catharina Putter, on July 18, 1779 in Swartland, Western Cape. She was born on February 7, 1762 and died on June 24, 1835 at the age of 73.

Catharina Engela Myburgh, daughter of Jacobus Myburgh and Catharina Olivier, was born on October 22, 1758 in Malmesbury, Western Cape and died on November 18, 1841 in Roodezandskloof, Dist. Worcester, Western Cape at the age of 83. She married Francois Smit (sister-in-law’s uncle’s wife’s first cousin), son of Alewyn Smit and Engela Helena van Niekerk, on October 3, 1784. He was born on May 14, 1763.

Jacobus Myburgh, son of Gerrit Myburgh and Anna Cecilia Olivier, was baptized on February 9, 1783. He married Martha du Plessis (sister-in-law’s great-aunt’s niece), daughter of Gabriel du Plessis and Magdalena Maria Venter, on March 21, 1802 in Cape Town, Western Cape. She was baptized on February 10, 1787 in Stellenbosch, Western Cape and died on November 3, 1858 at the age of 71.

Philippus Arnoldus Myburgh, son of Gerrit Myburgh and Anna Cecilia Olivier, was baptized on October 23, 1784 and died on August 1, 1874 at the age of 89. He married 2 times. The first time he married Cicilia Johanna Fourie (third cousin), daughter of Johannes Hendrik Fourie and Martha Catharina Steyn, on October 30, 1803 in Cape Town, Western Cape. She was baptized on March 30, 1789. The second time he married Cornelia Geertruida du Plessis (great-uncle’s son-in-law’s niece-in-law), daughter of Pieter du Plessis and Anna Cornelia Venter, on September 4, 1825 in Cradock, Eastern Cape. She was baptized on May 8, 1785 in Cape Town, Western Cape and died on July 7, 1838 in Colesberg, Northern Cape at the age of 53.

Francois Smit, son of Francois Smit and Catharina Engela Myburgh, was baptized on April 19, 1789 and died on September 27, 1851 in Wellington, Western Cape at the age of 62. He married 2 times. The first time he married Anna Helena Feyt on May 7, 1808 in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. The second time he married Elsje Maria Lombard on March 7, 1830 in Paarl, Western Cape. She was born about 1812.
