Albert Lambertz Myburgh, son of Lambert Myburgh and Aaltje Albertz, was born in 1669 and died on December 19, 1749 at the age of 80. He married Elsje van der Merwe (great-niece’s father-in-law’s first cousin), daughter of Willem van der Merwe and Elsje Cloete,. She was born in 1693 and died on December 18, 1745 at the age of 52.

Willem Myburgh, son of Albert Lambertz Myburgh and Elsje van der Merwe, was baptized on February 17, 1718. He married Elizabeth Olivier (sister-in-law), daughter of Gerrit Olivier and Maria Magdalena van der Westhuizen, on April 26, 1750. She was born on November 7, 1734.

Jacobus Myburgh, son of Albert Lambertz Myburgh and Elsje van der Merwe, was baptized on December 19, 1723 in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. He married Catharina Olivier (sister-in-law), daughter of Gerrit Olivier and Maria Magdalena van der Westhuizen, on February 20, 1747. She was baptized on March 25, 1731.

Maria Magdalena Myburgh, daughter of Willem Myburgh and Elizabeth Olivier, was baptized on April 6, 1755. She married 2 times. The first time she married Petrus Johannes van Heerden (brother-in-law’s uncle), son of Willem van Heerden and Martha van der Merwe, on August 12, 1770. He was baptized on March 8, 1750 and died in 1787 at the age of 36. The second time she married Phillipus du Plessis (great-uncle’s son-in-law’s son), son of Johannes du Plessis and Anna Claudina Roux, on December 5, 1790. Elsie Myburgh, daughter of Willem Myburgh and Elizabeth Olivier, was baptized on July 10, 1757. She married 2 times. The first time she married Izaak van Heerden (brother-in-law’s son), son of Pieter Willem van Heerden and Anna Sophia van der Merwe,. He was baptized on October 6, 1755. The second time she married Cosmos Jospeh Rademan.

Gerrit Myburgh, son of Jacobus Myburgh and Catharina Olivier, was baptized on July 4, 1756. He married Anna Cecilia Olivier (second cousin’s sister-in-law), daughter of Philippus Arnoldus Olivier and Anna Catharina Putter, on July 18, 1779 in Swartland, Western Cape. She was born on February 7, 1762 and died on June 24, 1835 at the age of 73.

Catharina Engela Myburgh, daughter of Jacobus Myburgh and Catharina Olivier, was born on October 22, 1758 in Malmesbury, Western Cape and died on November 18, 1841 in Roodezandskloof, Dist. Worcester, Western Cape at the age of 83. She married Francois Smit (sister-in-law’s uncle’s wife’s first cousin), son of Alewyn Smit and Engela Helena van Niekerk, on October 3, 1784. He was born on May 14, 1763.
